Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 <strong>inscrit dans la circulaire du 4 mai sans aucune concertation<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-very-dark-gray-color\"><strong>Les professeur-e-s d\u2019arts plastiques sont tr\u00e8s inquiet-e-s et souhaitent lancer l&rsquo;alerte sur un dispositif qui pose beaucoup trop d\u2019incertitudes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-very-dark-gray-color\">Devant la volont\u00e9 r\u00e9affirm\u00e9e du ministre de l\u2019\u00e9ducation nationale d\u2019\u00e9tendre le dispositif 2S2C lors de son allocution le 28 mai&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;Le programme 2S2C,&nbsp;Sport, Sant\u00e9, Culture, Civisme, <strong>peut s\u2019appliquer aux coll\u00e9giens pour un accueil compl\u00e9mentaire et en continuit\u00e9 de la classe.<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00bb, nous tenons \u00e0 <strong>rappeler que les arts plastiques (au m\u00eame titre que l\u2019EPS et l\u2019\u00e9ducation musicale) sont des enseignements obligatoires dispens\u00e9s par des professeur-e-s dipl\u00f4m\u00e9-e-s, certifi\u00e9-e-s ou agr\u00e9g\u00e9-e-s ayant re\u00e7u une formation p\u00e9dagogique et didactique sp\u00e9cifique.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-very-dark-gray-color\">Nous tenons \u00e0 alerter de l\u2019apparition &#8211; avec des contrats et des moyens pr\u00e9caires, ne relevant pas directement du minist\u00e8re \u2013 d\u2019\u00ab&nbsp;activit\u00e9s&nbsp;\u00bb sportives et culturelles en dehors des enseignements obligatoires, mais dans le cadre de la scolarit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-very-dark-gray-color\"><strong>Nous craignons que cette facilit\u00e9 de recourir \u00e0 des \u00ab&nbsp;intervenant-e-s&nbsp;\u00bb ext\u00e9rieurs ne devienne une v\u00e9ritable alternative \u00e0 de l\u2019enseignement obligatoire de qualit\u00e9.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-very-dark-gray-color\">Nous entendons bien que dans les textes, ce dispositif ne peut remplacer (pour l\u2019instant) les enseignements, mais nous savons aussi que des d\u00e9rives sur leur mise en place sont \u00e0 craindre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-very-dark-gray-color\">Qui choisira les intervenants ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-very-dark-gray-color\">Ces interventions, si elles sont en coh\u00e9rence avec le projet d&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement, est-ce le\/a chef.fe qui va les recruter ? Sur des conventions des collectivit\u00e9s ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-very-dark-gray-color\">Quel lien didactique pouvons-nous cr\u00e9er avec des personnes que nous ne rencontrerons peut-\u00eatre pas ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-very-dark-gray-color\">Si cela doit \u00eatre en lien avec nos programmes et nos progressions, sur quel temps pourrons-nous travailler avec ces intervenant-e-s pour&nbsp;assurer une continuit\u00e9 p\u00e9dagogique&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-very-dark-gray-color\"><strong>Nous sommes inquiets car&nbsp;ce dispositif viendra troubler&nbsp;la frange interm\u00e9diaire&nbsp;entre \u00ab&nbsp;activit\u00e9s ludiques&nbsp;\u00bb et enseignements. Nos disciplines&nbsp;sont souvent consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme purement manuelles et d\u00e9pr\u00e9ci\u00e9es, alors que leur pari est d&rsquo;associer inventivit\u00e9, imagination, r\u00e9flexion, connaissance et fabrication.&nbsp;Qu\u2019adviendront-t-elles si l\u2019on estime qu\u2019elles sont rempla\u00e7ables par des \u00ab&nbsp;intervenant-e-s&nbsp;\u00bb sans formation p\u00e9dagogique ni&nbsp;prise en consid\u00e9ration des programmes ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-very-dark-gray-color\">De plus <strong>les enseignements obligatoires garantissent une \u00e9galit\u00e9 dans les apports p\u00e9dagogiques et didactiques, qui sont, de plus, sans cesse r\u00e9fl\u00e9chis.<\/strong> <strong>Nous avions encore, dans l\u2019\u00e9cole r\u00e9publicaine, une unit\u00e9 et une garantie de la qualit\u00e9 des enseignements.<\/strong> Cela ne sera pas possible avec ce dispositif qui oblige les collectivit\u00e9s \u00e0 trouver des ressources humaines (recrut\u00e9es sur quels crit\u00e8res ?) et organiser ces mises en place (avec quels moyens ?). Apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9chec des rythmes scolaires, la semaine \u00e0 4 jours dans le premier degr\u00e9, nous avons pu <strong>constater les disparit\u00e9s entre les collectivit\u00e9s, renfor\u00e7ant encore plus les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s, et de fait ne donnant pas les m\u00eames chances \u00e0 tou-te-s. <\/strong><em>\u00ab&nbsp;In\u00e9galit\u00e9s suivant les communes : Certaines&nbsp;feront le choix de mettre les moyens n\u00e9cessaires pour proposer un enseignement et des activit\u00e9s de qualit\u00e9 et&nbsp;&nbsp;d&rsquo;autres devront se contenter d&rsquo;un achat de ballons et de feutres. Et encore, certains feront un choix : ballons ou feutres.&nbsp;\u00bb<a href=\"http:\/\/x-msg:\/\/3\/#_ftn1\"><sup><strong>[1]<\/strong><\/sup><\/a><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-very-dark-gray-color\"><strong>Et si ce dispositif s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre des horaires d\u00e9di\u00e9s habituellement aux cours, quels enseignements vont devoir laisser leurs places ? Avec l\u2019importance donn\u00e9e par notre ministre aux \u00ab&nbsp;fondamentaux&nbsp;\u00bb, nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 une id\u00e9e sur les r\u00e9ponses\u2026 les enseignements d\u2019arts plastiques, EPS et \u00e9ducation musicale ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-very-dark-gray-color\"><em>\u00ab&nbsp;Le probl\u00e8me se pose en termes d&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 r\u00e9publicaine. (\u2026) A partir du mois de septembre les enseignants de l&rsquo;\u00e9cole primaire n&rsquo;auraient tout simplement plus \u00e0 s&rsquo;occuper d&rsquo;EPS ni des enseignements artistiques.
